    That is what I am looking to work out, if all it gains is 2cm of filter height thus filter area in the pleats up by 20% it could be worth it, its a hard call to be honest.

    Hi good people, I run a Mazda Skyactiv petrol 2.5 in the uk. The oil filter P7210 is a rather small 5oz or 225ml capacity metal cartridge. Given that the engine takes 5l per change. Can anyone tell me how to find a larger capacity unit as even doing 6k oil changes instead of 12.5k dealer...

    The owners manual is as simplistic as US 0W20 ACEA A3, and outside the US 5W30 again ACEA A3 I am seeing Mannol 5W30 A3, TripleQX, Total Quartz (online, Shell Helix Ultra) Valvoline SYNpower There are a few others but these keep appearing

    Thank you everyone. I was planning on sticking 5W30 for sure however the range open to me of ACEA A3 compared to A5 is staggering, it is roughly 5 to 50 oils, hence why I asked. I will resume my search on A3. Thanks to all of you very much appreciated input.

    Hi everyone, First post here. I am back in car ownership after many years leasing and I have a UK 2.5 petrol 2018 Mazda 6. Now in the US this engine has a suggested 0w20 oil in the UK it is 5W30, that is the first confusion. My second is the ACEA A3 oil, as I see so much more choice in teh A5...
