Attached is a photo of the inside of a PP 0W20 jug. I don't know why, but after changinging my oil I looked in the jug and this fine, dark colored material is floating around the bottom. Considering the quantity I'm not going to fret about it much, but still, where's the QC?
The grocery store is Woodman's in Wisconsin. We only shop there for select items not sold elsewhere. Problem is, they have a very peculiar "select" group of employees and clientele. I went back to Mills Fleet Farm and bought 3000 grit. I'll start with that in an inconspicuous spot.
Thanks all for the reply's. I did try scratch x first as it always did the trick in the past. Not the best results this time. I picked up some polishing compound and 1500, 2000 and 5000 wet or dry paper. These should work for me.

It's been many years since I've had to do a restoration and I don't recall what kit I used in the past. I am looking for recommendations for a easy to use kit without the use of a drill. TIA
Does anyone use this car wash?
I usually purchase Meg's Deep Crystal wash and I see this stuff is on sale at Blain's. I have never seen it before and have always had good results with Meguiars.
