2014 Honda Accord Factory Fill, 5034 miles

From http://owners.honda.com/help/faqs " Why should I wait to change the oil the first time? Your Honda engine was delivered with an oil that is specially formulated for new engines that have not yet developed their "natural" wear patterns and may contain minute particles from the manufacturing...

    Fuzzy owners manual info

Look at the bottom of page 259 of your Owner's Manual - it should say in tiny type to change if the MM hasn't flashed after a year: "*1: If a message SERVICE does not appear more than 12 months after the display is reset, change the engine oil every year." 2013 Civic Sedan Owner's Manual

2002 Honda Accord Coupe V6 any known issues?

The 2002 did NOT have problematic 5-speed automatic transmissions - 2003 was the year that the 5-speed was introduced for the Accord. The 2002 4-speed automatic transmissions were pretty reliable and had the bugs worked out.

    Apple Inc?

Mystic, don't worry. Dell changed from Dell Computers to Dell, Inc. in 2003 for similar reasons. In order to change public brand perception/awareness from just computers to broader media concerns (like selling TVs), Dell decided a change was needed. Hasn't changed their focus from computers...

Sprint LG Fusic and Samsung Blade A900

Both - the phone browser is quick and the laptop connection to the web via EVDO felt nearly as fast as my regular cable modem connection. I haven't tested on a site like www.dslreports.com yet. Power Vision is smooth and video is surprisingly watchable on the small screen. If I had an option for...

    More cruzer mini issues

This used to happen with me when using XP Service Pack 1 on even 128 MB usb drives, manufactuer irrelevant. I suspect that since I would usually have just finished copying a file just before attempting to remove, the OS chose to put a lock on a file on the drive and did not properly release. I...

    BITOG Status

Tony, I hope it comes as no surprise that a whole bunch of people who have never met you are honored to have our paths cross with yours. You are a big part of our lives and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Sprint LG Fusic and Samsung Blade A900

I have had the Blade for a week. The phone itself has been great, but if long standby/talk time is important to you, I'd opt for another phone - the standard battery life barely makes it through an entire day with light usage for me. If you haven't already, visit a Sprint user site that has user...

What is the best way to condition car seals

If your leak is like mine was with a 1991 Accord, it should go away soon. My drips came from the distributer o-ring seal. While moving, no problem, but when idling at a red light when the engine was warm, I'd get a slight whiff of burning oil. The weeping was small, just enough to keep the area...

    Good Solar-ONLY calculator

Can you buy a dual power and just leave the batteries out? I suspect that the dual power option is to reassure buyers who are concerned about being able to use solar calculators under occasional low light conditions.

    Help with engine knock

My timing belt tensioner on my VW would make similar noises when the bearing was going bad. The knocks would appear at random and would not seem related to engine speed. Try checking bearing play for any accessories that are engine driven.

    Recommended 5w20 engines.

A manufacturer specifies use of an oil that provides better MPG and great protection at the same time - sounds like the efficient design philosophy you are looking for, speedtc!
