You can also just find and bid on a hail damaged car on like co-part. Usually, and especially in Utah, rebuilt titles are no where near discounted as much as they should be. I don't even consider looking at a rebuilt title anything.

If you are talking about GM half tons right now the only one i would buy is the 2.7. It seems to have the fewest issues and you get the 8 speed auto that is mostly fixed. Also the Ram half tons are quite nice and incentivized and you can get the ZF transmission that wont let u down.

Today i learned you can get the full power wagon package on a tradesman. That things advertised at a price of $56k. It wouldn't give me my dream 50 gallon fuel tank though. What a bargain for a new offroad truck.
