What are your thoughts on using this oil in a sport bike?

It's 10w40 synthetic and JASO MA. Anyone have experience with it?
I just used plain old motor oil to lube my clutch cable. In my case, Mobil 1 0w40 that I have left over from when I used to own a VW GTI. I constructed a funnel by cutting a hole in a small ziplock bag then pulling the cable through the hole and putting some rubber bands around it, then just...
Well I can report that my bike is running great after several thousand kms with the ipone semi-synthetic (plus a liter of leftover T6 I mixed in that I didn't want to waste). No difference in shifting feel compared to T6 that I've been able to notice. I guess ipone is my new go-to oil for my bike.
I just checked the websites of several local stores and can't find any motorcycle oil from Mobil 1.
But Motul 7100 is $79 for 4 liters, that's about $59 USD. I heard that's a really great motorcycle oil, I haven't tried it though. It's probably overkill for me considering I don't race my bike.
Well I bought the ipone, I'll see how the bike runs with it.
By the way, I still got a liter of T6 that I don't want to waste, would there be any concerns with mixing the T6 and the Ipone for my next oil change?
The T6 is 5w40 full synthetic
Ipone is 10w40 semi synthetic
I ride a 2016 Suzuki GSXS1000 (same engine as the GSXR1000 but detuned).
I've been using Rotella T6 for years because it's reasonably priced and easy to find, however the price has been steadily creeping up over the past few years (it now costs just over $50 for a 5 litre jug) and now I'm...
I just bought Nexen Winguard Sports (the original, not the 2) and the manufacture date is mid 2019 so they are still making them. Was surprised when I went to mount them and realized they were not directional, as all other winters tires I have seen have been directional so I thought winter tires...
I once started driving on a very cold Canadian morning, stepped on the brake as I approached a stop sign, and... the car kept rolling. The brake pedal would not go down. Luckily there was no other traffic nearby. I pushed the pedal as hard as I could with both feet and the car very slowly came...
I don't trust the maintenance minder.
My car has 110,000 kms on it and the MM has still never told me to change the atf fluid. It also never told me to change my brake fluid, but about 2 years ago I got in my car one -20 degree winter morning, started driving then pressed the brake, and the car...
So you don't think there is any advantage to changing the fluid more than once a year? I was just thinking that since I only do a drain/refill rather than the 3x3 flush, it was advantageous to change the fluid more often since some old fluid remains when I change it. I only drive about 10,000...
I was thinking of Valvoline Maxlife which is about half the cost of what Honda charges for DW1, so I could double the frequency of my ATF changes at no additional cost to myself.
I drive through a lot of snow in the winter and find myself spinning my wheels a lot which I assume puts extra...
Considering how quick and easy it is to change the atf fluid on my car, I am contemplating doing it more often. But the fluid itself is quite expensive.
Which would be better for my car: changing the fluid often (twice a year or even more often) using cheap fluid I can find at Walmart, or...
