Thank all, I think I'm going to put in 5w30 Max life and a Mobil 1 filter with oil filter magnets on for 2000 miles to get all the metal out. Then get another oil analysis and if most of the Al and Cu is removed then run it on Mobil 1 0w30 full synthetic from now on to minimize any further wear...

Ran another 2000 miles and then got the oil analyzed.

Oil for first 3000 miles was Mobil 1 syn-blend - that's when it was low, then added 2qts of Valvoline syn-blend. Both 10w30.
