The Pulsetechs I have typically float at 13.4-13.6. They will start charging every few hrs or so, briefly, then jump up to 14.3-14.6 then taper back down to float. Between owning Pulsetech and BM and rotating back and forth, I’ve managed to keep all of my batteries in better than new condition.
