I have been recently given a 1995 Lincoln Continental 4.6L DOHC 32v V8 with 53,000K(this is not the SOHC!). I want to change the oil immediately as i do not know what the OCI has been or what is even in it. I know nothing about oils. I am looking for the best gas mileage possible. I live in NC...
