GM L3B and LSY engines - How hard are they on oil?
Sliding cam shafts will have no affect on oil. They slide only when changing modes, and it isn't a high friction event in any case. The LSY has the same sliding camshafts as the L3B making it just as complex as the L3B. It is just smaller.- ctleng76
