I understand
The Bypass Filtration was absolutely what you needed!
Btw
I'm headed on a 2-3 month trip to the East Coast tomorrow, and I dumped 1 Gallon of Oil (via my petcock) with about 8k miles and replaced it with 1 Gallon of fresh Amsoil SS 5w-30.

Looks Great!
Do you have a petcock for Oil Sampling
If not, I highly recommend it
Also
I love the Ea-O26 for the the Full Flow
(That's the Biggest you can Run)
However, for the Bypass, I would run the BP-100
More capacity, and the same length as the Eao-26
That's the setup that I run...

I'm guessing that's a 5.4L 3v like I run in my 2011 Expedition. Currently 400k+ miles
@250k miles I switched from Amsoil SS 5w-20 to Amsoil SS 5w-30, and never looked back.
Try bumping up to 5w-30 and see what happens.
Good Luck!

Respectfully, that's the point of a Catch Can.
The lack of fuel dilution between UOA #2, and UOA #3 after the Catch Can install clearly showed that.
These are 3 UOAs I ran on a family members 2016 F-150 3.5 EB over the last few yrs
I wanted to see how far I could extend the OCI
The Oil had no problem going 12.5k miles,
However I determined that 15.5k miles was too far.
I also wanted to see what if anything a Catch Can would do for fuel...

Thanks for the Post
It's always helpful to see more data
I've run 3 UOAs on a 2016 F-150 3.5 EB for a member of my family.
I will posts the results later today
The 1st and 2nd UOA had considerable fuel dilution. However after I had a Catch Can installed the fuel dilution went away...
Great tire, I'm currently on my 6th set of the LTX M/S and LTX M/S 2 on my daily driver with 400k+ miles. (2011 Ford Expedition EL King Ranch 4x4)
I can only speak for the 270/55/20 size tires. I do lots of Highway miles coast to coast.
I typically run these tires for approx 65k-75k miles. When...
That's sounds Admirable!
(And I respectfully appreciate your suggestion)
Slow and Steady wins the Race
I waited 20 months after I ordered it, and it cost me $70k
This is my 3rd UOA on this Bronco that I bought new in 2023. The engine seems to be almost broken in. I'll do another short 5k OCI or 2. Then consider 7,500 mile OCI's.
Great Vehicle with Zero problems

It's great to see you paying attention to your vehicle maintenance.
Without a UOA it's tough to offer any valuable opinions
I recommend a UOA

Thanks for Posting
Best of Luck!
Worn out
If you're only gonna run 6,000 mile OCI's, go with whatever is the least expensive.
You could easily stretch the Amsoil OCI to 10,000-12,000 miles. Maybe even 15,000 miles with some oil analysis along the way
Best of luck to you
