    Where are these supposed to go?

    Boy that looks like a Chrysler hardware kit to me. The rubber bands are for the trailing edge of the caliper on the knuckle flange I believe. Supposed to keep the caliper pressed onto the leading edge so it does not shift backwards when braking in reverse and stay there.

    All it is made of is copper wire, plastic cover and a magnet materiel. Drill a hole in it an drive a screw into it and pull it out.
