Yeah I had to pay $ 1000 for all 8. GM has had issues with my year and model so they extended warranty on these but just my luck only in 13 States. Of course New Mexico wasn’t included what a scam. Good luck they are great vehicles otherwise I’ve had 3. GM ruined its bulletproof 5.3 with tech...
I have a 16 Yukon. Unfortunately these have Direct Ignition. I hope GM updated the new one to port and DI dual system like Ford and Toyota. I started using Supertech full synthetic at about 50K everything seemed good. However now at just under 100K I had to fit the bill for new injectors...
Since they hold 10 Quarts of oil don’t throw away you money. First one early and then every 5 thousand. These are GDI and won’t support a long oci. I use Supertech and Kirkland and the engine seems to love this oil. Oil report came back great.
The Warren Supertech is great in my 16 Yukon and great uoa. Just in 2021 it was $15 then $17 $19 and now today $21.48. So close to PP and Valvoline I’ll go with them
Walmart in NM same hardly any filters. Supertech 20k oil filter is $5.50 and the same champ made badged in KnN is premium price of $10 We have to be very careful of what we’re buying.
I saw this at Walmart in New Mexico today. Today they had Delvac 1300 along side the new stuff. Would this be ok to use in my LMM Duramax if they are out of the 1300
Oil report came back pretty stout. I use the full synthetic in my 16 Yukon 5.3 DI AFM engine. I change at 5000 oci with Supertech oil filter. The report said I could try 7000 but I will stick to 5000. Report is posted in used oil analysis section
Hi all I ordered Delvac for my Duramax at WM. Com all 2.5 gallon quantities are out but the 1gal are selling fast and still nothing on the shelves in NM
I do have confidence in a 5000 oci using gas Supertech synthetic made by Warren. The lab report came back solid. Used in 16 Yukon 5.3 w DI and AFM and they said it could at least go to at least 7000. I forgot to mention all the name brand oils including rotella are out
There is no name brand diesel oils on the shelf and we’re going into 2022. My Duramax had always used delvac and Delo conventional. I might have to use Supertech or pay the ridiculous prices at the parts store.
It seems to me that Walmart is not stocking big name brands as much now. You can find plenty of Supertech oil in gas and diesel. But here in NM Walmart 0 diesel oils. Is the shortage that bad or does Walmart want to emerge out of the pandemic just selling their house brand. I’m gonna try the...
