Just following up here. I ended up with a K&N 85-2445. That goes up to 10", which seems the lowest I could find. I wanted to get a Wix ws10135, but they were getting a little pricey. Also looked at a Motorcraft FA-1901, but there is no scale on it and it's from a Power stroke.

Coolant flushed and changed, Transmission pan dropped and filter changed, and brake fluid flushed. Put new Bilstein B6 on the front and it rides so much better. Feels "smaller" going down the road. Need to do the back shocks and front sway links to tighten it down a little...
