    5W-20 and CAFE

While on another forum, I found this EPA letter regarding the use of 5W-20 and the Cafe requirements. http://www.honda-pilot.org/forums/attachment.php?s=&postid=117599

Dino at 3K vs. Syn at 6K

I don't change my own oil, I have it done at a place I trust. I need your advice on which is my best lubrication option, my vehicles are a Toyota 4.7L and a Honda 3.5L. I can use M1 syn oil with an M1 filter for about double the cost of Chevron oil with an inexpensive filter. What is better for...

    Talk me out of changing....

...the oil in my 4.7L Toyota. I have 3K miles on the current oil, M1 10W-30 with M1 filter. Motorcraft 5W-20

Does anyone have information on Motorcraft 5W-20 oil? I was told it is made by Mobil, but that is about all the information they had at the dealership. I am already concerned about using 5W-20, and especially do not want to use an inferior brand of this weight oil. Thanks for your help.
