Had the same issue on a 2018 Hyundai Tucson. These were Raybestos Element3 rear pads. 3 1/2 years old with 35k miles. Inside rear pad delaminated. Looks like an oxidation issue with that specific pad. I'm in KY and rust typically isn't that big of a deal. I did like the pedal feel with these...
