Got an answer from the Dr today, on the Vertigo. Said its BPPV, I most likely got it from me continually falling from the issues with my back. Showed me some maneuvers to do to hopefully get it worked out... I go in a few days to hopefully get a dental bridge (Maryland style) for my front teeth...
