At five years I would replace all of them for peace of mind. Throw the old ones in the trunk as an insurance policy just in case. I prefer Gates or OEM when it comes to belts.
I wouldn't hesitate to use the 0W-30 but I would not drop down to 0W-20 in that engine. I run the 0W-30 in all three cars in the winter. Unfortunately, any mileage increase that I see is offset by winter blend gasoline.

There's no magic additive that will fix a leak that bad. However, $2.00 for a quart of oil every two to three weeks is a lot better than a car payment. Keep topping it off and run it until it gives up.
