    Nexen Tires?

To the OP: did you get the wheels/tires? I currently have Nexen N5000's on my current car (came with the used vehicle). They are ok, but a bit loud and they spin on "spirited" take-offs. The ride has been decent and they corner well. Treadwear does not look good at all though; CarMax had placed...

    Sonax Polymer Net Shield

Been using Sonax PNS for almost 2 years now, love the stuff. I've never used Rejex, but I wouldn't top PNS with anything other than Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailer (BSD) as they work in tandem. Plus the water-behavior Sonax encourages is like nothing I've seen outside of a coating, I wouldn't...

    Luv bug removal from paint

Pre-treat with Poorboys Bug Squash at 3:1 (water:concentrate) and let it dwell for 30 secs or so. using a MF bg sponge, it takes bugs right off--no more dealing with petroleum distillate-based stuff. Then give it a good wash

    Detail spray question

Only use Quick Detailers (stand-alone) on very, very light dust without rinsing. Example: a garaged car that was just washed a day or two before, but not driven since its wash.

Purolator PureOne PL14610 on my Altima...ironically. Never had an issue with them in years, but may switch to Napa Gold on the next OC.

Toyota Parts Dealer determines Best Oil Filter

Thanks, will search for that post. What filter did you switch to? I'm looking at getting a used Camry in the next 6 months, so just curious.

Toyota Parts Dealer determines Best Oil Filter

^^^^Good chart. The cartridge Camry filter is 04152-YZZAI though; I wonder if that makes a diff or if it's just a different size? Depending on how old the post is, I wonder if that 90915-YZZD3 was the old Camry filter.

Toyota Parts Dealer determines Best Oil Filter

Obviously, this relates to Toyota directly and not necessarily other manufacturers, but I saw this last week and thought it was interesting. A study conducted by a Toyota Parts dealer in Kansas--Toyota OEM, K&N, and Wix came out on top. They did a comparison of Tacoma/Tundra filters...
