Hi, is there any reason to purchase one over the other? I’ll be using 0w-20 in my Mazda 3, and it seems the high mileage oil is a little more expensive. Is it better than the regular PP? My Mazda 3 has 100k miles on it and Mazda recommends 10k OCI for this vehicle.

So this happened one time and never again? Maybe it took a little bit for the entire oiling system to 'settle in' with a little running time after the oil change. Yes, this only happened one time. Never again.

Does it really last 20k miles? Is it vehicle dependent? If a quality full synthetic is used and changed every 5k miles, how frequently should the filter be changed if using a Fram ultra?
