So today I switched over to Pennzoil Synthetic. They had a special 5 qt with a Bosch filter. It's not bosch distance plus, just premium. Would the filter handle 8000 miles? I know bosch filters are some what good.

I usually get the itch one week after the oil change. To cure this itch/addiction, I change the oil on family and friends' cars. Having other vehicles to work on definitely keeps my addiction under control.
