    I would guess that another factor is those "total cost of ownership" calculators at websites like Edmund's and such.     I did a drain and fill with Honda MTF about 10 months ago ... too bad there's not an easy way to check the fluid level! It's a hydraulic clutch and probably has 8 year-old brake fluid in there ... I'll have to look into bleeding it.
