Quick update. Oila refunded me as they cannot supply 5L containers here no more, so looks like whatever is in engine is last of Mobil I will be running:( Back to square one, might try Titan Cargo Flex K-4 now. Not many options other that Penrite which is available everywhere :)

I find Mobil 5w40 best tbh. I used Mobil Delvac 15w-40 from Bunnings at $87 and was good, also recommend in manufactures book. But I find 5w-40 to be best at least in my eyes. It runs different gets up to temp quicker and engine is quieter. Penrite Enviro 10w-40 is ok if you can’t get anything...

Hello to fellow Aussie, I was in same predicament and I also don’t like Penrite for engine oils. Their gear oil is good and I use EDS 5 for transfer case. Also 15w-40 imo is not too great for our engine.I use Mobil Delvac ESP 5w-40 in my 2023 Dmax and readily available from Oila.com.au.
