Another little trick I've used was adding just a tiny bit of 2cycle oil in with the gas to add extra "lubriciticy"to the older rings, I would recommend getting a bottle of sthiels Orange bottle mix, because of the Moly's and the addy pack they put in their mix,works well @lso DONT DUMP THE WHOLE...

This additive works great for lawnmowers, it's called sea-foam, use it religiously, startron you can get at napa works good too, and mmo, can't go wrong with it neither, restore is a bit too thick for my taste buds I think but if it works for you than great

My girl has an 02 civic I put restore in her motor and it perked it right up, I drained it out about 3000,miles later cause when I added it it was nearing the end of the oil interval, didn't hurt her car one bit, when I changed the oil, I but castrols black bottle mix in won't change it again...

They have two elements to filter out the gelling that I quite common in Toyota's, if oil never gets up to operating temperature, after a while just turns to sludge, the properties in oil help to fight moisture but over the interval will break down just like the hydraulic fluid in your break...

Hey,buddy Idk how you feel about this idea, but I'm gonna try it, I'm gonna dump 3quarts of castrol high mileage in and 3 quarts of max life their both good oils their both for high mileage one has something the other don't so screw it use em both, just a thought

Just have a question I use castrol synthetic an oem oilfilter I bought the car used @106k I change the oil bout every 6-7k however in bout 3k miles time my oil is black as [censored] I ran napa engine flush through it once seemed to help some idk maybe its jst normal 2005 Chevy trailblazer...

I know some of them housing 's are plastic now an if ya overtorque em you'll crack em ain't no amount of sealant gonna fix it best bet don't break it n if its a metal one a gasket should do the trick I'ge done this a 1000 times I ain't never needed a sealer to do it an none never leaked less yer...

No sealant just gasket less the intake be warped than try anything once

While on the subject of tires used ones work jst as good @ 1/3 the price unless yer driving a show car or its your family vehicle why waste the money?
