For sure, worth the investment. Averaging 20-21 MPG leveled on 37s with ~800 lbs constant load (truck vault/glide and camper top). Can’t complain all around for a truck that weighs 9800 lbs.
Hey guys. Had a few oil changes since this time. Something was done that completely solved my fuel dilution issue and I can’t recommend that enough after seeing it in action. Here’s the data from my last two, the wear is trending in a great direction.
I can’t say for certain but I’ve been doing several long road trips this interval. Like 5+ hours driving in a row and each time I could tell when it was passively regenerating by the fuel mileage and boost gauge. I run either archoil or hotshots EDT every fill up.
Got my used oil analysis back and everything seems to look fine except for fuel dilution. I suspect it is because of regen and all the extra fuel dumped when that occurs.
Truck is at 33k miles and this oil change was 5500 miles.
