When you think about it, all factory fill oil is a break-in oil, but are there any particular oils that would be better than the factory fill for breaking in a new engine? Don't most mfg. say to use FF until the first recommended oil change? Yes, I am sure this and every other automotive topic...

Does loading up with sugar and creamer packets from the local diner qualify as cheap? Or is it theft? I'll return in awhile, I need to go add some "free" sugar and creamer to my coffee.

I have read here that Honda uses a FF break-in oil.

JD calls it a oil change, but in reality, it is not a oil change, just a oil replenishment, like topping up when the oil is low. Owners that rarely or never got around to changing their engine oil, or owners who previously would not consider changing the oil themselves won't bother with this...
