The price that we pay at the pump for gasoline, for the most part, moves up and down with the oil futures...

I think that a some of it (allergic reactions) is created by our brains. Not that the symptoms are fake or imagined, but that literally, it's our brains that cause the symptoms, not pollen or dust, or etc.
