"Belt tensioner bolt" The 8mm Hex head pivot
That's my next issue id probably run into. All I have is a 16" breaker bar with a 3/8 , 8mm hex head. Id probably end up needing a really strong impact?
Is this sarcasm or literally? Lol. Welding required ,? for a little stinking bolt that got the head rounded out a bit? A little extra mechaniism there.
I don't have enough clearance to use a rachet or socket on this pulley or I would of just used a socket to remove or say loosen the nub without stripping the head. Im going to give it a shot with some vice grips tomorrow.
I'll give this a shot tomorrow without actually trying to snap it. See if I can get it any what loose or anything after re.obe the two other ones. Thanks for your advice.
Is this used with a ratchet? there's no clearance to use a rachet with a socket on the pulley that I'm having the issue with. that's why all i had was a cheap/decent wrench from Amazon.
If I don't have a pair of vice grips on hand would a pair of needle nose pliers work? , even if it meant completely ruining the bolt and just replacing it after? or would a better recommendation or cheaper recommendation alternative just to get a pair of vice grips?
