    Pick a Nissan V8 4x4 family hauler.

No V8 vehicle is but if MPG is not a concern they are definitely worth a look. They aren’t any worse than the others in the same class.

    Pick a Nissan V8 4x4 family hauler.

They are a great choice and no more prone to issues than any other truck from the 2010ish era. The trans and engine in those are both excellent units.

    Pick a Nissan V8 4x4 family hauler.

You haven’t worked on a V8 Nissan rig have you. Definitely not harder to work on in fact they make a lot of things easier. For starters the diffs, trans and radiator all have easily accessible drain plugs. The GMT has no drain plugs.

Mustang Coyote 5.0L V8 engine oil recommendations - Ford has spec’d 5W20, 5W50, and 5W30 for it before.

Roush, VMP, and Whipple all recommend 5w50. The GT500 which is a coyote variant uses 5w50. Can many get away without? Probably but making big power and spinning 8,000 rpm I’m leaning on the 50 weight.

    Michelin or Continental for C7

I tried. It just doesn’t look right to me. Are you asking what I’m doing with the stock wheels? They are going in the basement for now.

    Michelin or Continental for C7

It’s well within spec and that’s what makes this extremely annoying. Look at this back wheel….

    Michelin or Continental for C7

The C8s do. I got new wheels. 9.5 inch width front. 11 inch back. I put 255/35/19 on the front. 295/30/20 on the back. According to the charts online those were well suited to my widths but they still appear a little stretched.

    Michelin or Continental for C7

Recently bought a set of wheels for the C7. I went with Michelin Pilot Sport AS4 for tires. Long story short the tires I ordered are a bit too narrow and look stretched. I hate it. So I’m going to take a loss and replace these tires that have less than 300 miles on them 🤦‍♂️ I’ve had 2 sets of...

    2019 Nissan Titan Review

Such an underrated under appreciated truck. My daily is a 2013 with 120,000 miles. It’s only needed 1 repair and that was the right rear axle seal replacement at 105,000 miles. My truck has towed many heavy trailers over its life. The 20+ models are even better with the 9 speed trans.

2019 Nissan Armada Good? Bad? Towing?

ALL 2017 - Current Armadas have a 8500lb capacity. 2wd or 4wd. All trims. I have yet to hear about the manifolds cracking on the 2nd Gen. Armadas will have no issue towing that weight but of course more thought would need to be put into the length of the trailer. All 2nd Gen Armadas use a 7...

2019 Nissan Armada Good? Bad? Towing?

Your Pathfinder had a 3.3 V6 with 170HP. It was also unibody. Can’t compare to an Armada in any metric.

    2021 Nissan Altima Tranny Advice

My mom had a 07 Altima. The CVT was flawless for 150k. Sadly it was totaled at that point. I did drain and fills every 25k with Nissan fluid.

    2023 Nissan Titan

You didn’t read the lettering outlined in red above. Most 6.2 GM trucks are barely rated over 9,000 lbs. Most people aren’t buying stripped trucks.

    2023 Nissan Titan

Also the majority of 1/2 ton trucks are rated for 10,000 or LESS for towing. It’s always a unique combo that no one buys that has some insane rating where as every 1/2 ton titan since 2017 has at least a 9200 lb rating.
