Another vote for the Kumho LX Platinums at Walmart. It remains my go-to tire. I have them shipped to my house and mount myself, so I don't have any experience with how install goes at Walmart.

I wish I could help but all I can do is relate to the frustration of being at Home Depot, reading all the labels on the different flooring adhesives and still being uncertain on which one is appropriate. Surely somebody here has some input.

Can't go wrong with Kumho LX Platinum (KU27) for 83 each (shipped) at Walmart. I've had a bunch of them. I don't even bother having them balanced now - they seem to always barely take any weight. I just mount em and go. I am rarely above 70 mph though. YMMV

Rockauto.com - the first item under Suspension tab is "Alignment bolt" KYB struts are $49 each (don't forget to use a 5% discount code). Plus install obviously. Worn struts should not affect your camber angle. More likely other worn components or collision damage
