Lucas marine grease used to be lithium complex based, then they switched over to calcium sulfonate. Any website or literature that says it is lithium based is outdated.

Fram tough guard air filters are good filters and that filter did it's job. That filter probably won't need to be replaced for another few years.

Super Lube grease is what you want. It has the consistency of Vaseline and is about the least sticky/tacky grease you can get. Harbor Freight is the cheapest local place to get it as the price is pretty good to begin with and then you can use harbor freight's 20% off coupon with it.

Pledge furniture spray works great for those applications.
