Has the OP performed several drain and fills? Just one is likely not enough. Go through 2 quarts of Mercon V or Maxlife with some time in between to mix and clean.

Yep it's great your wife is buying you so many fragrances (which the French invented to cover up smells), but if your paranoia with Mori is any indication, perhaps you should ask her why there's a bottle with "OBSESSION" on your vanity as well as Gaultier Le Male.

You can't recover from having the Gaultier Le Male bottle on your vanity.

Drop into an Autozone on the way to see if that oil is $1 a quart. Go for the M1 EP version and a Fram Ultra. Aim for a 15k mile oci by doing a UOA at 10k miles. Your highway miles should make that possible.
