it said it could take 2-3 weeks and it MAY have been only a week you think the shaeffers is atleast in OK condition I get a sick feeling when I drive it I dont want to do damage.

I dont have the official blackstone labs oil container in the mail yet so would a regular air tight tupperware plastic container work thats been washed in the dishwasher?

Hey patman you gave this to me last time its for an LT1 formula....Ive had the schaeffers in there for almost 4000 miles of hard city driving think its still good, im getting another oil analysis tube in the mail so i guess we'll see.... Thanks.

Is the oil bypass valve something that lets oil pass without going through the filter when the pressure is higher? If so whats the pressure in the LT1?

My oil has been in there for about 400 miles adn I noticed its already somewhat darkened, is this normal. Also off topic, if I have a certain type of oil, in this case schaeffers 15w40, if I need to add a half quart or something can I add any oil like exxon superflo 10w30 dyno oil?

NO idea exactly how cold but there were some frozen patches in puddles in certain areas so prolly atleast 30 or less. Coldest its gotten in forever here in plano, basically dallas area. The coldest I can ever remember being in is mid teens like 8 or 10 years ago when I was like 9 or something...
