    I have 2024 F150 with 3.5 eco boost and use Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w30 and micro gard select filter change every six months usually around 3 thousand on miles.

    I would assume that is a 3.5 EcoBoost. I would start using 5w30 Pennzoil Ultra Platinum at a 4,000 mile interval.
