Get a piece a rebar, a hammer and a shop vac. Remove the cat and beat the rebar through it to clean it out. I don't think anyone is too poor for that

Especially an AMG. My neighbor has the little GLA AMG Mercedes and it needed a new engine for some reason. About $20k is what he was told would have been the cost if it wasn't under warranty

Any smoking is very illegal on airlines. I was on a plane leaving New Orleans and we had to return to the gate because some clown was smoking in the lavatory. He was escorted off the plane. The pilot stayed on board though.

Replace or grease the bearings and keep going. Sold our camry with over 250k on original alternator. You'd be lucky to get 50k miles on a parts store alternator

I'll be trying that. Our maytag top loader washer always stinks too. I get tired of running the clean cycle with every product I can find to get rid of it temporarily

Got a set from them a few months ago. They were over a year old but the wife commutes so they will be long gone before they age out.

Saw this thread a while back, did a recent oil change on a Camry and the drain plug was surprisingly loose. It had the blue felt Toyota gasket. Installed a new Toyota gasket without confidence. We'll see in a few months if I get it back for the next oil change. I might just start using copper...
