I've got one. Found it about 20 years ago while working in a restaurant. Not much value, but a very interesting piece of American history.

Any knife collectors on BITOG ?

I love edged weapons. MY current EDC rotation is a Spyderco tenacious, a Cold Steel Voyager(L), and a Spyderco Manix 2 XL. With a few others thrown in every now and then. I did the Blade show in 2015 and can recommend it to anyone who loves knives.

    Castrol Edge 0W-40; 5,537 miles; '07 Volvo S80

Nice report. That motor will outlive the rest of the car. I picked up 25 qts of this stuff when AAP put it on clearance($2.95 per 5QT jug). I grabbed everything they had.

    Redline water wetter

WW is best suited for the track, where you're not allowed to run any type of anti-freeze. It lubricates seals, slows electrolysis, and provides a measure of rust prevention. All of which are completely superfluous in a street car cooling system.

Thinking about a new Tourer. Harley or Indian.

I vote for the Indian. The ones I've ridden felt much stronger and more rider friendly than either of the Harley's I've ridden. And they vibrated a whole lot less.

What was first synthetic oil you used?

M1 5w-30, 1989, In my brand new Acura Integra LS. I put 36,000 miles on it in 10 months, and only changed the oil once. The car had over 350k miles when I sold it 11 years later and it still ran great. I use synthetics in everything.

    Chain Lube Suggestions

I use Motopro chain lube from cycle gear. Got tired of the build-up of waxes and now use wet lubes. I clean with kerosene once every few months and make sure the chain is dry before I apply lube. After I lube, I make sure to wipe off all the excess. When I lube in between cleanings(about every...

    Turbos

The main problem with turbo longevity "back in the day", was the oil. The turbo would literally cook the oil left in the bearings after engine shutdown. This resulted in COKE deposits, which would cause the eventual failure of the turbo. Modern materials, improved machining practices, computer...

Spark plug replacement - how often & anti-seize?

If the plug has black color threads(i.e. non plated) then the use of ant-seize is recommended. If the threads are plated, then no anti-seize is required. According to NGK, a layer of the plating acts as the "anti-seize".

Universal Studios Orlando-How many days to do it?

One full day is enough at Universal. Islands of adventure is one of my favorite parks... And SeaWorld rocks. Its great for both kids and adults. If you're going to central Florida and don't make it to SeaWorld you're definitely missing something.
