Interesting and you may have explained this earlier, do you reheat the veggy oil and filter it to remove any solids?
No reheat and no filtering, wvo moves slowly through three 55 gallon drums in series to settle out the waste particles and any water that may be in the oil. After the third drum, it's pumped into a 320 gallon tank and from there goes through a 25,10,2um filter while filling the tank in my truck. Each drum has a 3/4" drain valve on the bottom where the settled material gets removed, then burned in the shop heater.
